Shopping for men can sometimes be complicated. They can want one specific thing (that can sometimes be out of reach or too expensive) or have nothing in mind at all. If you’re still unsure what to get your husband/brother/in-laws/male friends and officemates, we compiled five things that we guarantee they will like and (most importantly) use the moment they unwrap your present.
We’re 100% sure the man you are purchasing regularly listens to music/podcasts and watches videos on YouTube and Netflix. Having quality earbuds or speakers definitely enhances these experiences. It won’t matter if he already has one as everyone can use an alternative for the office, car, etc.
If he is the athletic type, you can opt to give him a ball for the specific sport he is into. In fact, this is a great way to encourage him to practice more and get even better as he now has the main tool to work on his game.
Shopping for personal items like shirts, jeans, and shoes can be difficult if you don’t know the person’s exact body measurements as sizes vary per store and brand. A tie is one-size-fits-all for every man and really great to look at. With a great tie, you can now be assured he will always look sharp during formal events or at work. If you’re unsure what to get him, here’s a tip: get him a style that suits his personality or how you know him.
This only applies if the man you’re purchasing for drinks water. Kidding aside, an insulated tumbler is something we know he will use, especially in the Philippines, where nothing beats chugging down ice-cold water to combat the heat. Like the audio device, he can always have a spare one for the house, gym, or office. You can never be too hydrated.
This is probably the most expensive item on the list, but there are ways to go about it. The most obvious one is to take advantage of sales and promos. A no-fail approach, however, is to get inexpensive but classic brands that are timeless such as Seiko, Casio, and Timex.
We hope that this list helps you as you go about your holiday shopping. Do always remember that the best gifts need not be the most expensive ones and of course, it’s the thought that counts.
Happy holiday shopping!
