You don't need to create a Paypal account in order to use it as a processing method. To pay using your debit or credit card, select Paypal as a payment method. Here are the steps:

1. Once you're on the Payment method page, select Paypal as a payment method.

2. Instead of clicking "Log in", select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card"

3. Input your debit or credit card information, and then select "Pay Now". 

4. You will be redirected back to Kurbata's website where you will see a confirmation of your payment. 

Yes we do. This payment option is only available for local products that ship to the Philippines. The option isn't available for international products.

Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 14 days from the day you receive the item. However, all returns should be made in unopened packaging and should be in perfect condition. 

The return shipping fee shall be paid by the buyer. Proof of postage should be emailed to us as proof of delivery.

We offer Buyer Protection to everyone who shops on Kurbata.

Each customer is guaranteed the following options: 

Full or Partial refund: You are eligible for a full or partial refund if

1. The product/s you've  ordered and received is significantly different than what you've ordered.
2. The product/s you've ordered and received is damaged and not in good condition (excluding packaging). 
3. The product/s you've ordered and received arrived later than the promised delivery time found on our website.

To get a full refund, please send the item back to our return address. To initiate this, simply send us an email with your complaint and we will give you the return address that you can send your order back to. You may also opt for a partial refund of 30% excluding delivery fee when applicable and keep the item.

Our return policy gives you 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the item. 

Your return will be accepted only on the following reasons:

1. The item is damaged.
2. The wrong item was delivered.
3. The item is not as advertised.

The reimbursement process begins once we have completed the quality evaluation of your return item. This is usually done within 3-5 days but may be extended. We will inform you if we will be needing more time for evaluation. 

Listed below are the specific number of days it would take to process reimbursements for each payment method.

Paypal

• Paypal reversal (If Paypal balance) — 1-3 business days
• Credit reversal (If Paypal is linked to a credit card — 5-45 banking days
• Debit reversal (If Paypal is linked to a debit card — 5-45 banking days
• Store credit —12 hours

Your orders may be delivered on a weekend or a holiday depending on our courier's availability. You will be notified should your order be delivered outside of business days.

We make the option to do same-day delivery (only available in Metro Manila) for a flat delivery rate of PHP200. You can expect to receive your item within the day of placing your order if your order was placed before 3 PM PHT. Otherwise, expect to receive your order the next day. 

Once shipped, you should receive your order within the promised delivery timeframe of 1–7 business days for Metro Manila areas and 5–12 business days for non-Metro Manila areas. 

Our courier service is unable to provide the exact date and time of delivery however we can assure you that your order will be delivered within our promised delivery time frame.

For cancellation requests, please send us an email through support@kurbata.co so that we can inform the courier of the cancelled delivery. Should the courier arrive with your order, simply reject the item. If you paid for the order beforehand, we will proceed to process the refund shortly after.

You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person. 

Note: Please be informed that we will not be responsible for any additional fees charged by the courier in the event that no one was able to receive the package during the delivery date. 

Kurbata can deliver to all serviceable areas. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our couriers are not able to deliver to your area, we will inform you through call or email right after you place your order

After your order has been shipped, please allow a 24 - 48 hours for your order to process prior to shipping. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from us with TRACKING NUMBER via email or sms (optional). 

For orders within Metro Manila, we deliver within 10 business days after the order has been shipped. 

For orders outside Metro Manila, we deliver within 12 business days after the order has been shipped with the exception of some remote areas.
