We offer Buyer Protection to everyone who shops on Kurbata.
Each customer is guaranteed the following options:
Full or Partial refund: You are eligible for a full or partial refund if
The product/s you've ordered and received is significantly different than what you've ordered.
The product/s you've ordered and received is damaged and not in good condition (excluding packaging).
The product/s you've ordered and received arrived later than the promised delivery time found on our website.
To get a full refund, please send the item back to our return address. To initiate this, simply send us an email with your complaint and we will give you the return address that you can send your order back to. You may also opt for a partial refund of 30% excluding delivery fee when applicable and keep the item.
The reimbursement process begins once we have completed the quality evaluation of your return item. This is usually done within 3-5 days but may be extended. We will inform you if we will be needing more time for evaluation.
Listed below are the specific number of days it would take to process reimbursements for each payment method.
Paypal reversal (If Paypal balance) — 1-3 business days
Credit reversal (If Paypal is linked to a credit card — 5-45 banking days
Debit reversal (If Paypal is linked to a debit card — 5-45 banking days
We make the option to do same-day delivery (only available in Metro Manila) for a flat delivery rate of PHP200. You can expect to receive your item within the day of placing your order if your order was placed before 3 PM PHT. Otherwise, expect to receive your order the next day.
For cancellation requests, please send us an email through firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can inform the courier of the cancelled delivery. Should the courier arrive with your order, simply reject the item. If you paid for the order beforehand, we will proceed to process the refund shortly after.
Kurbata can deliver to all serviceable areas. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our couriers are not able to deliver to your area, we will inform you through call or email right after you place your order
After your order has been shipped, please allow a 24 - 48 hours for your order to process prior to shipping. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from us with TRACKING NUMBER via email or sms (optional).
For orders within Metro Manila, we deliver within 10 business days after the order has been shipped.
For orders outside Metro Manila, we deliver within 12 business days after the order has been shipped with the exception of some remote areas.
